Rodeo Drive aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

Valid ID of authorized recipient
Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
Signed authorization letter

If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.

Shipping fees for orders:
Shipping is free for all items.

You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time:
Metro Manila – 3-5 Business Days
Provincial – 5-7 Business Days

In the event that a defective, incomplete, or damaged item was delivered, you may contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected]


We will gladly accept returns, within 30 calendar days upon the date of delivery, any item purchased from the Rodeo Drive online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.

If there is a problem with the quality of the item upon delivery, you may ship it back to us and chose either of the following options:
1. Have the item replaced with a different stock of the same item
2. Have the item replaced with another item
3. Have the item exchanged for store credit

All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer.
If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for full refund, replaced with a different stock of the same item, or exchanged for store credit.
We will pick up the items you wish to return.

For orders paid via Paypal and credit card, cancellations have to be made with 24 hours from time of purchase. All cancellations made past due time shall not be implemented.

For cash on delivery payments, cancellations of orders have to be made via email to [email protected]
